This policy covers https://www.theammoacademy.com. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

What you send us

If you submit a training request or email us, we receive whatever you put in it — typically your name, email address, phone number and a description of what you are looking for. We use that to respond to you and to arrange training.

We do not sell it. We do not trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful — page views, which links get clicked, how far down a page people read. This is aggregate behavioral data, and we use it to decide what to write next.

Google sets cookies to do this and processes the data on its own terms. If you would rather not be measured, browser privacy settings, tracking blockers and Google's own opt-out all work on this site — nothing here depends on analytics running.

Affiliate links

Course links point to U.S. LawShield and carry a referral identifier so a resulting purchase is attributed to us. Following one of those links takes you to U.S. LawShield's site, where their privacy policy applies rather than ours. Any account you create, payment you make, or information you provide there is handled by them.

As an instructor partner, we may receive limited information about students who enroll through our links — such as name, email address and course progress — through U.S. LawShield's partner system. Where we use that to follow up with a student, we do so only as permitted by applicable law and U.S. LawShield's terms, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Hosting and logs

This site is hosted on infrastructure that keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and request data, for security and operational purposes.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email wes@theammoacademy.com and we will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
